Applicants must provide or complete:
- Evidence of current membership in good standing with an IFAC member body
- The documents and declarations requested in the application
- The ICPAS local learning requirement covering Somaliland Taxation and Introduction to Business Law
- Any assessment or completion evidence specified by ICPAS
- The membership admission fee and applicable dues after conditional approval
